Gingival grafts and their everyday use: CTG, FGG, pediculed grafts, alternatives. Pink aesthetics at own teeth and at implant sites. Gingival recession treatment, keratinized tissue reconstruction.

Periodontal surgery procedures, mucogingival surgery procedures – clinical crown lengthening (gingivoosteoplasty), frenulectomy, vestibiloblasty, etc.

Anatomy of crucial nerves and vessels, designing the flaps, basic incisions and sutures, soft tissue augmentation, free gingival grafts, connective tissue grafts, pediculed grafts, tuberosity grafts, deepithelialization, different recession treatment methods: CAF, tunel technique. Crown lengthening, gingivoplasty, Kazanjian vestibuloplasty.

Safe implantation – rules to follow in everyday practice. Immediate placement. Implant positioning as a key to prosthetic success.

Theoretical part II
Different ways of lifting a sinus floor – making a right choice. Closed versus open approach. Bone augmentations in other situations.

Practical part
Late and immediate implantation. Sinus lift – different methods and matching them to cadaver’s conditions, bone augmentation with xenografts and autogenous bone. Ways to obtain and use patient’s own bone.
